Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. On every visit the server processes technical data (server log files) such as IP address, date/time and the page requested, to ensure secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Forms and submissions
When you complete a form (submit a property, search profile, callback/contact request, newsletter), we process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). This data is stored in our database at Supabase (EU region).
Members area / account
For the members area we process account data and use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Favourites and contact preferences you set on properties are stored to follow up on your request.
Confirmation and notification emails are sent via Resend, which processes your email address to deliver the message.
Processors
We use processors (incl. Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/auth, Resend for email) with whom data processing agreements are in place.
Retention
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the stated purposes or as legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@sportrealestate.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only (e.g. the login session). We do not place tracking or marketing cookies.
